I am WendiBones, an Italian-based freelance illustrator and digital artist.
I started my activity in 2016 and I worked for several private clients and corporations such as DeviantART, FaeCrate, Kudos publishing, Yaoi-revolution,
Clém Production, and more, as a comic book artist, illustrator, costume designer,
and graphic designer.I am currently working as an editor, editorial graphic designer, illustrator,
crowdfunding campaigns creator and curator for Kudos and Shaman publishing.

✦ COMMERCIAL USE OF MY WORK ✦
If you want to use a work for Commercial purposes you should pay an additional fee:▫ Commercial use INDIE (ebooks covers, small distribution, self-production, crowdfunding...) +50€ per order (1) or +100€ per project (2)▫ Commercial use EXTENDED (printed books, bigger distribution, advertising, show business...) +100€ per order or +200€ per project and only under contractThe commercial use fee doesn't apply to artworks created for zines
(1) 'Per order' means that you will only pay one fee for each order of 3x commissions. For 6x commissions, you will pay a 2x fee. For 9x commission, you will pay a 3x fee.
(2) A 'project' is an order of over 10 illustrations.

1) Please, read my Terms of Service before reserving a slot.
2) Compile the following form:▪ Your nickname and a link to your website/social of choice
▪ Paying method (Paypal, Stripe, Ko-fi, Wise)
▪ Specify if it is for private or commercial use
▪ DEADLINE! (just to be sure that I can deliver your artwork on time)
▪ Your legal name and country
▪ Type of commissions + any addition (preview, colors, additional character, flat rate addition, etc.)
▪ Character's owner (OCs or fanart)
▪ Name and visual references (max five pictures) of the character
▪ Characters description (5 rows/each) and outfits
▪ Characters' poses and interactions
▪ Provide references of the characters in your email or link to them (up to 10)If you don't provide a reference but only a description, I will automatically add a character's design flat fee of €100 for each character with no references, unless you give me artistic liberty to create them and don't require any changes. This fee is already included in the Digital Painting option.2) Please share your full name, address, and country with me at the time of payment so I can make you a legal invoice for your order.
If you represent a society or an organization I may also need your VAT number (tax EIN for the USA, le numéro de TVA in France, Partita IVA for Italy, etc.).
For private orders, I only need your full name and country.And send it to me via email or Google form:
3) If I accept to work on your commission, I will reply with the total amount in Euros (€) and I will provide you with my Paypal address or Bank account for the payment. I only accept upfront payments.
In the case of under-contract jobs, I may accept payments in two installments, the first once the sketch is approved and the second when the artwork is completed.4) Once I receive the payment, I will send you the invoice - if you requested it - and I will put you on my To-do list.

IF YOU WANT TO COMMISSION ME PLEASE NOTE THAT:
▫ I accept payments in advance through Paypal, Stripe, or Wise transfers in EURO currency (€) only. The payment currency can be easily changed by using the drop-down menu on the 'Send Money' page of your Paypal account.
▫ In the case of contracted projects, I may accept payments in two installments, the first once the sketch is approved and the second when the artwork is completed.
▫ It may take me up to 3 or 4 months to finish your commission, depending on the waiting list length, so be patient!
▫ Commercial use commissions have top priority over standard commissions and they will appear on my 'fast lane'.
▫ I will send you the ultimate work in JPEG/JPG 300dpi, downloadable through Sta.sh, Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.
▫ My works are only available in digital format.
▫ "Preview included" means that I can only make 3 major changes to the sketch.

＊ Share the finished artworks, WIPs, process videos, and cropped versions on my social media accounts, except for graphic design, commercial use works yet to be released, and cover art, unless you paid an extra fee for private use only work
