▪ Name and visual references (max five pictures) of the character
▪ Characters description (5 rows/each) and outfits

▪ Provide references of the characters in your email or link to them (up to 10)If you don't provide a reference but only a description, I will automatically add a character's design flat fee of €100 for each character with no references, unless you give me artistic liberty to create them and don't require any changes. For private orders, I only need your full name and country.

4) If I accept to work on your commission, I will reply with the total amount in Euros (€) and I will provide you with my Paypal address, Stripe or Wise payment link,or Bank account for the payment. I only accept upfront payments.
In the case of under-contract jobs, I may accept payments in two installments, the first once the sketch is approved and the second before coloring.5) Once I receive the payment, I will send you the invoice—if you requested it—and add you to my To-do list.

PAYMENT METHODS
I accept payments upfront through Wise, Stripe, or Payal, in EURO currency (€) only, unless we have signed a different Agreement.
My preferred payment methods are, in order: Wise, Stripe, PayPal.
I can only accept payments after the final has been sent for contracted projects with regular clients.SPLIT PAYMENTS
If the total exceeds €1,000, I may accept payments in two installments: the first upon commencement and the second upon completion. I apply a €5 fee to each split payment to cover the revenue stamp required by my country and the additional invoice costs.BOOKING ME FOR SIX MONTHS LATER
If you require the artwork within a specific deadline that is six months or more later, you can opt to sign a contract with me before commencing the project. In this case, unless you are a regular client, I will request a non-refundable 50% deposit in advance to prevent last-minute cancellations.REFUNDS POLICY
Payments are fully refundable only if I have not started the sketch. If I were to start the sketch, I would charge the client an additional €60 fee.
Fees for works already started or deposits will not be refunded.DELIVERY TIME

All my commissions come with a commercial use – ‘indie’ option included. That means you can use them for this type of commercial use at any time, unless they are fan art. I don’t usually contact clients for follow-ups unless I need to notify them of a delay or unless it’s a complex artwork that requires several progress updates.

I will send you the high-resolution JPEG/JPG or PNG file (350 dpi), which is downloadable through Google Drive or Dropbox. My works are only available in digital format. The book covers, or other artworks destined for printing, will be sent in PSD RGB (or proofed CMYK, if needed).SEPARATED LAYERS
I don’t send my files as fully layered PSDs unless the client covers an additional fee of over €50.
If you need your character masked for your spot-UV cover, I can do that free of charge; just let me know before I start the coloring process.REVISIONS TO THE FINAL
If the client approves the final sketch and requests significant changes to the final after it has been approved, I reserve the right to charge an additional fee proportional to the time each edit will take, as outlined below.REVISION FEES

In case the client rejects the artwork or cancels the project for any reason, I may ask the client to cover some extra fees:a) If the Client cancels a project before sending the payment: No fees
b) If the Client cancels a project after I've delivered a sketch or more: €60 for every sketch delivered
c) If the Client cancels a project at any point before the final Artwork for approval has been sent to the Client: 50% of the total (if the Client hasn’t paid yet)
d) If the Client cancels a project after the final artwork for approval has been sent to the Client: 100% of the total (if the Client hasn’t paid yet)Upon cancellation, postponement, or any other case, I retain all rights and licenses to the artwork, and the Client shall not use the artwork for any purpose.CREDITS
I may ask the client to credit me where possible. If the final product is printed, the client agrees to print the credit on the product or a separate card accompanying the product.
If the product is shared digitally, the Client agrees to publish the credit and include a link to my Instagram page when possible.The Client will make every effort to credit me as follows:

I may hire collaborators to help me during the layout stage for character art and comic pages.

The Client agrees not to use any part of my artwork as training data or input for any generative AI models. The Client also agrees not to sell my artwork as an NFT. Breach of this clause shall result in the immediate termination of the license without refund and in the client being blocked.
I will not use AI-generated images in the creation of the work.BLOCKLIST
If the client doesn’t reply after I send the final artwork or when they reserve a slot, I may choose to put them on my Blocklist. Individuals on my Blocklist are prohibited from commissioning me again, and I may not respond to their future requests.
If the client uses my work as an NFT or to train AI without my consent, they will be added to my Blocklist.WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH MY COMMISSIONED WORK:

＊ Share the finished artworks, WIPs, process videos, and cropped versions on my social media accounts, except for commercial use works yet to be released, and cover art, unless you paid an extra fee for the private use of my work, or in case we signed an NDA contract
＊ Print the commission or a part of it to show it in my portfolio or my sketchbooks
